Atrauman Dressing 7.5cm x 10cm Non-medicated, polyester mesh dressing for atraumatic wound care

Atrauman dressings have a fine mesh structure and smooth surface to prevent adhesion to the wound whilst allowing exudate to pass through the pores. The soft fabric allows the dressing to adapt to the wound bed for increased conformability in difficult-to-dress areas. It is impregnated with neutral triglycerides which keep the wound edges soft and supple. Atrauman is highly permeable to air and water vapour and has been developed to avoid irritation or sensitisation.
