Low to moderate exuding wounds

Cutimed Siltec has a non-adhesive silicone wound contact layer which protects the surrounding skin and allows atraumatic dressing changes. Above the foam core is a layer of super absorbers which ensure fluid absorption and retention even under compression. A highly breathable top film allows vapour transfer which helps maintain moist wound conditions as the wound heals.
